Multi-Branch Food Businesses Are Running on Disconnected Tools

Filipino restaurant operators with multiple branches deal with separate POS systems, manual inventory spreadsheets, paper timesheets, and disconnected franchise tracking. There is no single view across locations, and staying BIR-compliant adds another layer that most off-the-shelf systems handle poorly.

Unreliable internet makes it harder. When cloud-only systems lose connection, cashiers stop. Commissary stock gets miscounted because ingredient deductions are not tied to actual sales. Franchise royalties get computed manually from data that is already days old.

The system works offline by design. Transactions are queued locally when connectivity drops and sync automatically when it returns. BIR compliance is built into the database layer, not added on top.

Quesina PH has three plans: Starter at P2,500/month for single-branch operators, Growth at P6,500/month for up to 9 branches, and Franchise at P18,000/month for unlimited branches. One-time setup fees range from P8,000 to P20,000 per location depending on hardware. All plans include POS+, CIMS, ETAS, and the HQ dashboard.
